Crealights Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Suzhou in 2011 and recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. It focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and technical services of products such as silicon photonics chip design, chip packaging and testing, high-speed optoelectronic devices, and high-speed optical modules, with its business covering three major application markets: data centers, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.

Crealights adheres to independent R&D and has built a R&D team with nearly 30% of members holding master's or doctoral degrees. It has undertaken a number of national, provincial and municipal major scientific and technological projects, participated in the formulation of a number of industry standards, and holds over 50 intellectual property rights. It has successfully entered the global mainstream data center market and become an important supplier to major internet enterprises in China and North America.

In recent years, Crealights has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Beijing, Nanjing, Nantong and Singapore. In the future, Crealights will continue to enhance its technology, product offerings, and customer service, continuously improve product added value and market share, and is committed to becoming a leading enterprise in the global optoelectronic communication industry.

Dr. Zhaoyang Hu founded Crealights and was honored as Suzhou Industrial Park Leading Technological Talent.

Crealights completed its Angel Round financing, and Dr. Hu was honored as Leading Talent in Science & Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Gusu.

Crealights ranked among the Top 10 National Finalists in the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Crealights built a high-speed optoelectronic device automated production line in Suzhou, and launched a series of high-speed optical devices during OFC.

Crealights was certified as National High-Tech Enterprise.

Crealights undertook the Jiangsu Provincial Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Project, establishing a vertically integrated platform from devices to modules.

Crealights launched 100G series products (including CWDM4, PSM4, and SR4) for data centers and initiated comprehensive chip-level verification and reliability analysis for high-speed optoelectronic chips.

The 100G series products won recognition from major internet clients.

Crealights launched 200G/400G series products and was recognized as Gazelle Enterprise in the Sunan National Innovation Park.

Crealights relocated its headquarters and built a new 10,000㎡ facility, launched the 200G/400G series products, annual shipments reached 1.5 million pieces.

Crealights committed to the R&D of 400G/800G/1.6T optical modules and was recognized as Suzhou Unicorn Enterprise.

Crealights actively responded to the China’s dual-carbon policy by initiating R&D on liquid-cooling optical modules and was awarded the title of Jiangsu Little Giant Enterprise.

Crealights established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Beijing, built a silicon photonics integration platform, and focused on the R&D of 800G/1.6T silicon photonics modules.

Crealights launched 1.6T silicon photonics module, and its R&D team was honored as a Gusu Major Innovation Team.

Crealights founded a wholly-owned subsidiary in Nanjing, established its own silicon photonics module production platform, established a fully-domestic silicon photonics production chain.

It can flexibly respond to demands and realize end-to-end digital control and collaboration throughout the lifecycle—from R&D initiation and prototype development to large-scale mass production.

Leveraging keen market insights, Crealights took the lead in advancing R&D for silicon photonics modules. For silicon photonics chip, it has established full-chain technical capabilities spanning material R&D, chip design, and process development, and built a domestic mass production line for silicon photonics chips. For silicon photonics modules, it independently developed a packaging and testing platform, enabling full-process integrated manufacturing of "Wafer in Module out".
